About (Biography)

Dr. Mary Heidkamp, the President of Dynamic Insights Consulting and Coaching has been leading organizations for the last 30 years. From 1989 through 1999, Mary was the Director for the Campaign for Human Development in Chicago, providing grants to organizations who addressed the root causes of poverty, and provided technical assistance so they could build strong boards and develop strategic plans.

Mary is an author and holds a doctorate from McCormick Theological Seminary with a

specialization in organizational change and executive leadership. She is a member of National Speakers Association and Chicago's Association of Consultants to Nonprofits. She teaches a variety of courses on organizational development and change at University of Illinois-Chicago, Notre Dame and McCormick Theological Seminary.

Mary has completed 5 marathons and two triathlons.
